And - hi Helen - I'm not Weez but glad that someone else is showing signs of life here - Chuk will also be in Welcome to Thebes at the National later this year. Booking not open yet though. I only found this out by fluke. I miss this blog so much! Living in terror of missing out on something sensational... already missed Slinger in Paradox and have had to order the DVD like a total tragic!
If anyone else is still reading this, Jonathan Slinger is in The Gods Weep at Hampstead Theatre from April. Only just found out about it. Life so precarious without Weez's blog!
OK, here I am again, hoping that if we keep posting then Weez might come back. Geoffrey Streatfeild is in Eigengrau at the Bush Theatre till April 10. Hi Helen! Glad someone is still around. I saw Eigengrau and just loved it - I was there on press night and a couple of the reviewers spent whole evening with their heads in the script rather than watching so don't judge it by them. And Geoffrey fantastic. Jonathan Slinger is in Yes Prime Minister at Chichester from May, and Histories cast members are also doing readings at Westminster Abbey in front of relevant kings on Tues evenings from April - see westminster abbey online shop for tickets! Meanwhile rcsfriends.org.uk has been pretty good about posting updates recently about the ensemble, I think due to popular demand! Such a shame about Weez vanishing though. This was the best!
Plus meant to say, Streatfeild was in the Saturday Play on Radio 4 on March 20 (still available online to hear) with Timothy Spall in Playing With Trains. Second and final part this coming Sat.
